Born Dec. 18, 1961, in Winchester, he is the son of Doris D. (Marshall) Cline, of Charles Town and the late Donald L. "Don" Cline.
Mr. Cline was a master plumber and a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, Charles Town.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Tina S. Cline, at home; two stepdaughters, Meredith Ennis and Elizabeth Ennis; three grandchildren, Isaiah Latta, Aailayiah Latta and Blake Roane; one sister, Teresa C. Feagans and husband, Rick, of Charles Town; two brothers, Jim Cline and Steve Cline and wife, Cathy, all of Charles Town; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at Asbury United Methodist Church, Charles Town, with the Rev. Richard Kroll officiating. Interment will be at a later date.
Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
